Due to the intricacies of our program, our team owes much of its success to the people of our community. Their generous deeds are the groundwork of our team, and for that we are grateful. One of our annual concerns is the necessary funds needed to register with FIRST for regionals in a close location, as well as more funds to pay for materials not supplied in the kit of parts supplied by FIRST. Perhaps the greatest gift one can give us is the gift of knowledge. As you can imagine our program requires much expertise in the field of engineering, something that many of our members do not fully have. Because of this we rely on mentors to aid us during our season. We treat our mentors as team members and honor them for their commitment in our program. A mentor is not obliged to participate in every meeting. All we ask for is commitment and dedication to our cause: the spread of engineering and technology within our community.
